4B visit Bessie Surtees House

| | Comments (0)

In March 4B visited Bessie Surtees House on the Quayside at Newcastle.

What did they get up to?

During the day we participated in a variety of activities to learn more about Tudor life.

We handled and sketched artefacts.

We had lots of fun trying to work out what some of them might have been used for.

We spent a long time exploring the main rooms in the house. This house must have belonged to some rich people because there was so much decoration - not cheap!
