Snow Based Activities
Try some of the fun activities below:
1. Winter scavenger hunt - look for things in nature (icicles, footprints, pine cones etc).
2. Make snowflakes using twigs.
3. Make a snow sculpture (Mr Wolf, Grandma's house, an animal etc).
4. Play noughts and crosses in the snow using twigs and stones.
5. Throw snow balls into a snow hoop and see how many points you can score - one point for each snowball in the snow hoop.

1. Look at Grandma’s basket, label the food inside the basket.
2. Retell the story of Little Red Riding Hood using the finger puppets or role play masks.
3. Little Red Riding Hood had a red cape. Use the cloak template and design your very own cape.

Welcome to Reception!
We hope you are all keeping safe and well, and are enjoying the Summer Holidays! We can't wait to see you all again in September! We have made a little transition video for you to watch, it shows some of the areas in our new classroom, where we go for lunch, and where you will line up every morning.
