  Dress up day for World Book Day 2018

   

  It is that time of the year when we celebrate reading and books through World Book Day, which is marked in over 100 countries around the world. World Book Day 2018 will take place on Thursday 1^st March and we are asking for a £1 donation and your child to dress up as their favourite book character and bring in either their favourite book or the book they are currently reading.

    

  After school we are having a ‘Pyjama Party’ (not including Nursery children). Children can come back to school for 4.10pm in a pair of pyjamas, where we will read bedtime stories and drink hot chocolate until 5.10pm.

   

  Your child/children will also receive a World Book Day £1 Book Token. The book token can be exchanged for one of the specially published World Book Day £1 Books, or is redeemable against any book of their choice at participating bookshops.
